Hi, my name is Pam and I am Pamprints LLC owner, a draft and design business in Culpeper Virginia.

I am a Peruvian architect who was hired as a project manager for the woodworking industry in the DC area more than a decade ago. After a few years in the country, I fell in love, got married and moved to Culpeper.

While working as a project manager for multiple commercial projects in the DC area and surrounding counties, I decided that it was time to stop commuting away from Culpeper, open my own business, get to know the community, become part of it and learn how to contribute and live a fulfilling life in the town that I now call home.

As a project manager with 10+ years of experience in the woodworking industry, I look at the construction and manufacturing processes from all points of view. My background in architecture allows me to understand and propose solutions that would support the architect’s and owner’s concepts. My background in the manufacturing industry help me make decisions that would be effective and practical. Always consulting and listening to the expert’s advice and suggestions.

When I decided to open Pamprints LLC, I remembered the time when I was studying architecture at college, and how I learned how much time and passion it takes to develop a concept and translate it into a design that would become a building, a space, or a room that would shelter and talk to people without words.

When I contribute to a project, the most important thing for me is to keep in mind all the effort, dreams and passion that every professional and craftsman put into their work. Thru Pamprints LLC, I try to honor all those involved in the design/build process by focusing on developing blueprints that are as accurate and clear as possible. Identifying intricate details, equipment and fixtures requirements that might involve coordination among multiple specialties in order to avoid misunderstandings and discrepancies.

Drafting is at Pamprints core and from there the sky is the limit.
